Refund and Cancellation Policy

DRIVING LESSONS, INTENSIVE COURSES

We charge an administration fee for the services that you purchase from Driving Skill. When we receive your booking, we start working on your booking immediately.

You agree to the following admin fee and refund policy when you book any of the following Intensive Driving Courses or Driving Lessons.

Intensive Driving Course: 14 Days notice period.

Pre-paid Driving Lessons: 24 Hours notice period before lesson start time.

ONCE YOUR DRIVING LESSONS OR SERVICES HAVE STARTED OR TAKEN PLACE

You agree that If your driving lessons/services have started or taken place and you wish to cancel your lessons/services with driving Skill, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will keep your lessons/services on your account for a period of eight six months from date of purchase. If You fail to complete your lessons/services within the 8-month period, You will no longer be eligible to take the lessons/services and You will not be entitled to a refund.

*This period will be extended in the event of a DVSA driving test cancellation.

In the event otherwise stated above you will not be eligible for a refund.

DRIVING LESSONS, BLOCK BOOKINGS

You agree that you must give 24 hours notice direct to your driving instructor via text or email to cancel or re-arrange a driving lesson. Failure to give 24 hours notice, will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.

YOUR INTENSIVE DRIVING COURSE OR SERVICES HAVE BEEN BOOKED IN, STARTED, TAKEN PLACE

Once you have started your driving course with your instructor, you are fully committed to completing the course, and if for any reason a lesson of the driving course is changed or cancelled, You are not entitled to a refund.

You agree that you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your driving course once they have started with your Instructor, and You will NOT be eligible for a refund.

You also agree that our 24 hours notice policy does NOT apply to driving courses.

To cancel a driving course, a 14 day notice period is required before course start date.

A period of less than the 14 day notice period, You will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Driving Skill may record telephone calls for staff training and evidential purposes.
