The majority of our pupils who pass on their first attempt typically complete about 2 to 3 mock tests as preparation for the day.
However, please note that taking a mock test is not mandatory; if you decide against it, simply inform your instructor of your choice.

An instructor will typically conduct this mock test a few weeks prior the scheduled driving test date.

What will happen during my mock driving test?

Typically, the driving test lasts about 45 minutes, but your instructor can extend the duration for the mock test to increase the difficulty and assess you on additional road features.

Our instructors can incorporate mock tests into their lesson plans if you both agree on it. However, taking a mock driving test with your instructor isn't essential.

What happens at the end of the mock driving test?
If you and your instructor have agreed to conduct a mock driving test, they will take a few minutes afterward to complete their feedback sheet. They will inform whether you would have passed or failed if it were an actual test, and if they used the feedback sheet, you'll receive a count of any minor and major faults you may accumulated.
Keep in mind that the mock test is designed to prepare you for your driving test, helping you become familiar with the and easing your nerves on the actual test day.
If you pass the test, continue to work diligently and heed your instructor's advice.
