1. The owners and management at Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd understand the importance of customer confidentiality.

By our undertakings as a driving school training provider, Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd is ICO registered.

All customers information is protected and not disclosed to any third party. On completion of Driving Lessons or an Intensive Driving Course, all customer details held by Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd will be destroyed and the customer will receive an email to confirm this action.  

2. Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd, does NOT at any time hold on file, paper or computer, any details of customer card payments and bank details.

Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd has decided for a payment to be made regarding Driving Lessons or an Intensive Driving Course, a secure payment link will be forwarded to the customer to make payment, this email payment link is for the customer only, and will enable total security between the customer and their bank without the need for Pathfinder Driving Skill Ltd to hold confidential payment details.
